Criteria for information disclosure
The Company will disclose information in compliance with the Financial Instrument and Exchange Act and the Timely Disclosure Rules set forth by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Also, information that is deemed important or useful for further understanding the Company will be proactively and fairly disclosed even when disclosure is not required by laws or regulations.

Method of information disclosure
Information that is required to be disclosed in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules will be made public in accordance with those rules on the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) operated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and the information will also be promptly posted on the Company’s homepage, in principle.
In addition, information that is deemed important or useful for further understanding the Company will be posted on the Company’s homepage even when disclosure is not required by Timely Disclosure Rules.

Financial forecast and future outlook
The current plan, outlook, strategy, etc. disclosed by the Company are forecasted by executive management based on information available at the time of announcement, and these forecasts include risks and uncertainty.
Therefore, please note that the actual financial results may differ significantly from these forecasts due to a variety of factors.

A period of silence
The Company may enter a period of silence for several weeks prior to announcing the financial results in order to prevent the leakage of information concerning the financial results and to ensure fairness.
During this period, the Company will refrain from responding to comments and questions concerning the financial results.
However, when a fact that requires a timely disclosure occurs during this period, the Company will make an announcement in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
